Heather Bacon began her career in 2004 at Hilliard Lyons, where her dedication to client service and professional growth quickly became evident. Over the years and after the merger with Baird, she advanced through several roles, becoming a Senior Client Specialist and now serves as an Associate Financial Advisor.
Heather works closely with clients each day, addressing a wide range of financial inquiries with care, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering timely, thorough support. Her passion for learning and excellence is reflected in her achievements—she has obtained multiple industry licenses and holds both the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Wealth Management Certified Professional® (WMCP®) designations.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys staying active through running and working out, and loves spending time with her husband, Drew, and their children—Kaedence, Brooks, and Jace. She is also deeply involved in her community and can often be found volunteering or playing pickleball.
